Advocacy Agenda

GSA trip to Albany for the caucus and the journey to NASPA in New Orleans.

The GSA Advocacy Agenda highlights key efforts to represent and elevate the voices of Baruch’s graduate student community. This year, board members attended the annual CUNY Caucus in Albany, engaging with policymakers and advocating for graduate student needs. In March, GSA traveled to New Orleans to participate in NASPA, a national gathering of student affairs professionals, where they explored best practices in student leadership, equity, and inclusion. These trips reflect GSA’s ongoing commitment to advocacy, leadership development, and visibility within and beyond the campus. Event photos and detailed reflections will be shared with the graduate community will be coming soon.
